We own a strata unit in Homebush managed by Civium, I own quite a few investment properties and deal with others but i have not seen one thats bad us civium. Our strata was initially managed by strathfield strata and civium bought out strathfield strata, they are very expensive i mean really expensive, our strata manager has changed like 4 times since its moved to civium they never return there calls. They have huge staff turn around they are so expensive and shocking service. The last meeting the strata manager said to me that there service is good thats why they are expensive guess what shes gone now left the job as well. We asked the manager to give us a new proposal as we he didnt bother. Do your self a good go with someone small as small business have better service. Civium will get you hard with the itemised things like photocopying phone calls.
