Claire's Kitchen at Le Salon

Such a really elegant space. Almost palatial with a beautiful bar and sitting area downstairs and dining room upstairs. The venue for the Team Sydney fundraising event for the Paris 2018 G Games, it was in keeping with the French theme for the evening.

Menu this evening:
3 baked Cheese shuffle
Duck Liver parfait with grape chutney and crispy melba toast
French onion soup with Gruyere croton
A gluten free mains selection of:
Atlantic salmon and prawn roulade with leek and peas risotto, crab beurre blanc
Fillet of beef chateaubriand with potato mash, green beans and béarnaise sauce
free range chicken paupiette with wild mushroom ductile and creamy morel sauce
For dessert a combination platter of mini salted caramel eclair, choc fondant passion fruit tartlet, macaron and mini brûlée

High Quality French Cuisine that is worth the price

Every month a group of friends and I try a different restaurant. We go to different suburbs, different food styles, different pricing levels etc.

Claires Kitchen has AMAZING staff who were so on the top of things that we were all left praising our waitress, and leaving a large tip.

Awesome place!
The staff are sooo good! - one of them went through the entire menu with us as we were confused. He was so helpful! Did not rush us at all.

Food was amazing too.
The snails are delectable.

Magnifique Magnifique, the food is fantastic, the service is friendly. We dinned there for our anniversary, as soon as you walk in it's like being transferred to France, the decor is great with the cosy corners and fireplace.
We had escargots and zucchini flower for entrée and the fillet de boeuf was cooked to perfection, c'est très bon.

I went here with my girlfriend for our anniversary, we had a very good experience. The food was great and the service was superb. My girlfriend did get a little cold from the aircon, which they were more than happy to turn down.
