Very unimpressed with the service at Clancy Motors. They will do absolutely anything to sell you a car, but will not uphold their warranty or service promises. Have been there twice and both times I have walked in and not been acknowledged after standing at the desk for a good 5 minutes. The employees behind the desk are very abrupt and rude. Each time I have taken my car there I have not received a phone call to pick it up when it is ready. I once spent a whole day in Bathurst waiting for them to look at an issue in my car (which is a long time considering I live an hour and a half away), and when going in 6 hours after dropping it off to ask about it, I was treated disrespectfully, and find out that my car had been ready for hours before hand. Safe to say I will not be taking my car back there for a service again..they have lost my business.
very poor service,once job car was returned scratch front,rear and side,showed management before leave,its now been back 5 times to be fix,and its worse then ever.1 month after work completed a side step fell off now looking over vehicle theres bolts missing everywhere,now i find the wiring for the trailer has been poorly done and some not eithen connected never again will i deal local again
Very poor service department attitude. I have tried 3 times since 4th May 09 to book my car in for recall work and have been told "the parts are not arriving from Sydney". I have asked other Ford owners in town and they have all told me they had to argue with Clancy Motors before the recall/warranty work was done.
I have tried to book my car in for regular servicing twice since July 2009 - and they do not respond. Seems they are just too busy to provide service in their service department.
Don't bother trying to email/write any complaint letters - as they do not respond.
The "motto" of "We make friends for life" makes me laugh every time I see it in town.
My suggestion is NOT to buy any vehicle from this organisation, or if you have to own a Ford, take it to Sydney for servicing.
