Clara Beauty

Very disappointed with this business! I have purchased a package treatment deal and they have cancelled my appointment on me with no reason why and will not answer their phone or return messages.

I called and spoke with Kim at Clara Beauty on 31/8/18 to make a booking - I actually had to call about 6 times over 40mins from 10am until they answered the phone.
I told Kim I needed the appointment for this week for a wedding on the weekend.
I made the appointment for 10am Wednesday 5/9/18.
I then made my Groupon purchase.
I got a text message that afternoon advising me my appointment would have to be cancelled, with no reason as to why and that 'they would contact me' when they knew they could re-schedule. ...read more
