I help to strengthen and balance by stimulating the body's innate ability to heal using a simple combination of herbal medicine, nutrition, homeopathy, bodywork and lifestyle advice.
I believe that healthcare, at its best, is about deep enquiry and thoughtful treatment; finding and addressing the root cause has far greater outcomes than merely treating symptoms and one's health should ideally be discussed over a cup of tea in a cosy chair.
