Clark Rubber

After dealing with a lovely, helpful and very friendly staff for the past few weeks (I believe the staff may have been the management) on several projects I was completing, I went in to find the same staff. I was told that they were no longer there, which was very disappointing as they were just a pleasure. I understand people move on and I hope they has found somewhere better as I dealt with (I can only assume the management ) today and they were very difficult to understand, rude and dismissive. Their phone went off very loudly with some weird ringtone and they answered it while supposedly dealing with me!! I will no longer be going there.

Went in to get some info on what chemicals to use in our pool. The sales staff who we could barley understand kept trying to sell us a $119 bottle of something that we never heard of then we went into a pool shop and all we needed was a $10 packet of tablets. Everything else in there was priced super high too

For over 6 months I have been buying some rubber foam products around once a month, the cost was just over sixty dollars for 2 pieces, went in on May 12th 2012 and they have increased the price from sixty one dollars to around $97.00 thats a 59% price increase. when I confronted the salesman, he just shrugged his shoulders and said the store has just been taken over and is under new management and the new manager has increased the prices this much. Now I know the price of the lease only goes up around 2% a year because I actually know the shop management and have rented off him previously so the "new management" cannot possible use a increase of rents as an excuse. Now I am looking on the internet prices and can now get my rubber foam at less than half the price that CR is charging its customers....stay away from Clarke Rubber.
