It all started well. CC's reps visited my site and we discussed the position, size, etc of my shed. From then on it was a disaster! CC appointed a land surveyor that took weeks and weeks to produce a report, and it wasn't until I insisted that they follow up, that it was furnished. And then, surprise, suprise - it was not right! Many, many calls to CC later (the majority of which were not returned) I eventually arranged to meet with them to finalise the interior layout. I was promised the plan would be ready in a week. By now it was 7 months since this fiasco began and 1 month past the expected completion date!!! Anyway, I waited 3 weeks to hear from CC regarding the final plan but I heard nothing from them. It was then I had to admit defeat and give up - their service and communication was appalling. So, take care. Like me your project could end up in what they call "the pipeline". Problem is their pipeline seems to have no end! BEWARE!
After 3 months without success trying to find a shed company which would provide a site inspection for advice on the best location for a shed on our property, the type of shed, and quote on a total price, we visited Cedar Shed & Classic Cabins at 14 Sydney Rd, Bayswater. Display sheds were of high quality and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Within two days the manager visited our property, provided a most comprehensive site inspection, recommended a location, detailed the work that would need to be done, the type of shed we needed, and gave us a written quote which we accepted. The day after our landscaper had cleared the area, levelled the ground and prepared the required surface, Classic Cabin's installer delivered and erected the shed to our complete satisfaction.
