Classic Gourmet Cafe

Whilst on holidays in Perth we stopped at the Classic Gourmet Cafe in the Maylands Shopping Centre - WHAT A FIND! We ended up there every morning for breakfast.
WOW - Best omelette I have ever eaten - EVER! Their Sausage from a select local butcher is a taste that I will be chasing back in South Australia.
The new owners were more than happy to cook/customise the meals anyway we liked. Can't rave enough about the Omelette, something special about the mix of flavours - I couldn't resist and had a second one - I definitely didn't need it!
The service/conversation with both Wade and Cath made the whole experience one of the best cafe's I have ever been to.
WISH this cafe was here in Adelaide.
