If you are considering buying anything from these guys, think twce. And if you are thinking of getting ANYTHING serviced by them, absolutely do not.
Their prices are more than 10x the going rate for most things and if you don not believe me, just pick one of their items and look it up on Hi-Fi Shark.
As for servicing, they butchered a lovely Marantz amp of mine, ruining the sound quality and doing a very poor job on painting it.
Just stay away, unless it is go look at the awesome gar. But do not give them your money.
Absolutely DISGRACEFUL customer service. I bought an amplifier from these guys, advertised as being "recently serviced" - like everything else they sell. Took it home only to find it was completely distorted. Took it back in, and waited two and a half weeks for the repair job to happen. After going back in to pick it up, the staff member hooked it all up for me, only for it to still be distorted - turned out the distortion was caused from the turntable he had hooked up which he clearly had no idea how to use/set up. Took the amp home again and hooked it up, only to find that their was a terrible static sound now happening. Made yet another trip back into the shop, only to be told that they wanted "to get rid of me". DISGUSTING! Rather than offer me store credit, a trade for another amp, or actually explain to me what the problem was, they wanted me completely gone. Took my refund and will absolutely never return or recommend anyone to visit this joke of a business.
