Bill is knowledgable and very helpful. He fixed up my wife's boots (that another repairer had said were irreparable) and his prices are very reasonable. Not only that but he is also up for a challenge. Best demonstrated by him making a banjo strap from scratch. I've also used his services for key cutting. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. A+++++

Terrible to deal with. Dropped a pair of $700 shoes off to be repaired, left numerous messages on their answering machine with no reply. When I finally got in touch with the management they said he had 'misplaced' my shoes and there was nothing they could do about it. Disgusted in their service! DO NOT GO HERE!
