Absolutely disgusting!
The shop staff do not even attempt to communicate with the customers. They simply grunt and point to what they want you to do, but speak amongst themselves in their native tongue, which really can be quite confronting when you are in the shop. I had a pedicure and a manicure (which two separate staff were simultaneously doing) neither spoke to me to ask what I wanted done, then proceeded to COMPLETELY cut my toe nails off as well as my finger nails off, even after I had specified I wanted them kept "long".
