This company missed the agreed appointment. I have phoned the company (goes to a contracted answering service), SMS the contractor, emailed, lodged a complaint with VEU (ESC). However, no one from this company bothers to contact me back. No apology, no attempt to make another appointment. Disgraceful corporate behaviour. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
