not very nice people. mediocre work. poor communication. there's a lot to improve here. Plenty of better services available in the mountains. Treat tenants like c**p and charge MEGA BUCKS.

Used service around 6 months ago for end of lease clean. Had an onsite quote of $600 About a week before job - ended up costing well over $1000. They didn't complete jobs we were invoiced for!!!!! only dealt with agent - bad mouthed us to agent as though we were the reason they didn't complete their work!!! Didn't reply to emails or texts. wouldnt even acknowledge receipt of our payment - which we paid promptly on the day of billing. Truly an AWFUL business. Avoid at all costs.
