Clean01

I am not convinced with this business. I booked work with them when I was moving home with my family. I had the carpets steam cleaned and cleaning of the house as we were renting. It was a terrible job by this business and I was charged these extra costs which were over priced.

I hired this company to do a bond clean. I was shocked at the dismal state of my house when I saw it. Things they had said they had cleaned, were not cleaned at all. Things that were cleaned were done in a very 'slap-dash' manner. Some windows were worse than when I left the house. The screens were still dirty, window/door tracks had not been touched, door frames, walls, doors had not been touched. The carpets are still dirty, and out of $1000 they expected me to pay extra for a more thorough carpet clean. I contacted them and discussed how appalled I was, and they wouldn't do anything about it. I am absolutely disgusted by this company. For $1000 you would expect attention to detail. All I got was a kick in the guts. Somewhat lucky I only paid them $500 to begin with, but I am still at a definite loss, as mostly everything has to be done again. I would definitely NOT recommend these people to anyone

They skipped so many details when doing my bond clean. My real estate would not refund my bond. Clean01 did not fulfil their guarantee and i ended up finishing the job myself.

We had Clean-01 Cleaning services come out last week and do and external house wash down. We were to say the least disappointed with the service we received. They did a poor job, leaving a big puddle of water and mud at our front door, guttering still with mould on it, that we were able to wipe off with a cloth, side gates left wide open, and very obvious scratches on our 2 external glass windows. It took us longer to clean up after them being here than the time they were actually here, which was all of an hour. We rang the company to voice our concerns, and received "don't care" attitude in response. I am more than happy to recommend a company if they do a good job and have helpful customer service, however in this case I am unable to say I will be doing either. I will be warning people not to use this company.

They sent their people to the wrong property and then the manager abused me and told me that I was in the wrong. I would never use these people again.
