As a certified Coach, NLP practitioner and Hypnotherapist I specialise in helping my clients set clear goals, improve communication (both personally and professionally) and live a life that they design. Working throughout my corporate career with both startups and high profile companies such as Fitness First, Aesop, Disney and Kit and Ace, my journey has always lead me to help people gain confidence and clarity, moving them forward, at their pace.
As a consultant and trainer I have a wealth of knowledge in leading businesses and provide innovative insight to influence positive change. An accredited DISC Consultant, I have the backing of powerful tools to help leaders improve communication and create a high performing culture where teams feel valued.
