Conrad, if you are going to go to the length of writting a review at least be honest. We did everything correctly, specific advices pre and post Contract, this included lengthy telephone discussions and information on Duty arrangement. There was not a single error on our behalf and the matter proceeded smoothly. You were happy with everything up until the point we provided an account when you immediately complained about fees. We had provided a discount on those costs and our offer to discuss was responded to with further hostility. If you are seeking low cost legal work we recommend you approach a low cost conveyancing firm.
