3 months into our Clear Networks service and we've had nothing but problems. The speed is slow, their service is appalling, we've had more downtime than uptime, and now they are claiming that I've downloaded 60GB after the NBN has capped me, which isn't physically possible! I've launched a complaint with the TIO.
DO NOT USE CLEAR NETWORKS!!!!
Service is absolutely pathetic, both the internet service and the customer service.
Internet been down for over 2 weeks now, after a dozen calls and several emails I have finally had a response to say they can attempt to fix it in a weeks time.....
Do yourself a favour and find an alternative.
