Came in for a consult, booked and paid for the appointment. Arrived the next day for the confirmed appointment to find out that this was actually not booked in their system. The person who made the appointment wasn't even working that day so no one knew what my appointment was for.
As I was still keen to have my treatment done, I was left disappointment as this was completed in such a rush. Very unprofessional environment, they conducted the treatment with the door open!
Lastly, even if they knew that they made a mistake with appointment, the staff kept trying to up-sell their products! Unbelievable.
Would not recommend this place ever again.
