I used to be a regular customer at cch, went through quite a few hairdressers there because all the staff were great but there is no staff anymore for me to resort to. My last experience especially- was terrible, I had the management staff do my hair. This staff even went into personal information of some poor ex staff members- so unprofessional. The rinse of my colour lasted no more then 2 minutes and admittedly i think my 2 year old daughter could do a better job.. Usually things like so don't bother me to such an extent but the constant noise of the washing machine and dryer in the open staff room.The only staff left in there was ordered around like a slave but I felt it wasn't my place to say anything as Im just another customer.. It's a real shame to see a small business go so down hill so rapidly. Not to mention the price rise for the less then c****y service you get these days. Avoid!! Went in for a simple brown colour and cut and got a jagged awful staircase cut in the side of my head that goes into my hair about 5cm, staff literally took the front part of my hair and made it a bob, the rest is half way down my back! The color was bloody red (bright bloody red!), and it also ran out in 3 washes and left me with a terrible orangey brown mess. The blow wave I paid extra for, I wanted it curled as I had a party. Staff did a birds nest with the front twisted round my face. by the time I got in the car it was flat and sticky from the hairspray staff had put in it to try make the front 'twisty' I paid and walked out in tears, not wanting to make a scene.
