I sought quotes from three companies for Crimsafe security screen doors. These guys were by far the best in terms of customer service and honesty. Another well-known security screen company has very stringent terms and conditions including no recourse of opportunity to cancel if they don't install the doors when they say they will (and will not provide a guarantee of the date). No one else adjusted the price for smaller rear doors (ie less materials used) and instead priced against the standard rate - which I thought was quite decent and another display of honesty by Clearview. When the doors were installed, I discovered there was no hole for the doggy door per the documented requirement. The door was taken away, rectified, and reinstalled that day. So, I would still give them five stars despite an error, for outstanding customer service.
We have been very happy with the front security door installed by Clearview and chose them to install two back slider doors for us (crimsafe). The installation was good and timely but we have had ongoing problems with the quality of runners used. A recent service of the two doors, which cost us $180.00 replaced the two runner wheels per door. The installation guy showed me the wrecked ones and they were pretty much chewed out, bearings lost and plastic mangled. The new runners are already slowing and the doors are physically difficult to slide. Basically, it worries me that the quality of runners and bearing cases in the runners are not good enough for the weight of the crimsafe doors installed.
