I have been shopping at Clennett's stores for about 15 years. They seem to have changed a bit.
They seem to be advertising more and they seem to be catering more for women. Was a bit surprised at the kitchen and bathroom area. Service is good, they know their stuff, and everything i have asked them for they either have in stock or get infor me. Prices used to be a bit high, but seem to have come down across the board. I don't bother going anywhere else now
This mitre10 regularly wins a price as a top garden centre. Their displays are wonderfull. It is very creative and attractive presented. It is well suplied in hardware too.
This Mitre10 is known as the Mitre20. The prices are far higher than any other Mitre10 shop. If you are buying a lot of things I would seriously advise you to drive to Hobart to get it. You will save yourselve a lot. It is worth that trip. The mitre10 certainly gives you good ideas. Their displays are possible by charging the customer top prices for their products. Compare it to another Mitre10 or Bunnings and you will also be shocked at the difference!
A bit of an outdated view, go and have another look, I was there when dale and Sophie from the block were there, the place was going off, the only hardware store around that is fun to shop in
I hope Iknow has recently revisited Clennetts Mitre 10 because there are many changes I have noticed lately. Customer service is 10/10, the store has changed in appearance for the better. It is so easy to find what you are looking for. I saw some pots at K&D that I HAD to have. On ky way home I checked at Clennetts and they were cheaper. A very kind person carried them to my car for me. Many prices have dropped across the store. A most pleasant shopping experience. No smell of fertilizer or hot food as you browse for hardware!
