If I could give negetive numbers I would! Everything was below average, from the service the staf but the most staggering issue I have is the price - 65$ for a very average pedicure I can't believe the hide they have charging this much!
I didn't ask since I figured it would be reletively aligned to EVERY OTHER NAIL PLACE OUT THERE - NOT 30% EXPENCIVE FOR ZERO GAIN!
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! I asked for a full set and of acrylic nails and received a rude woman who complained and judged me the whole time. I tried to remain calm and enjoy myself to a treatment I was paying for and only got shade and poor nails in return. The employee was rude, insanitary, and careless. Complained about me the whole time and didn’t follow hygienic procedures. I am never going back again. Please don’t waste your time here, they only care about money.
Went to Cleopatra this morning for a shellac pedicure. Took approx 15 mins and the service wasn't bad, however they charged $70 for a service which is normally $40 anywhere else! There was nothing extra worth the $30 more. Would definitely not return until they adjust their prices!! Feel as though I have been rolled in the city of Sydney.
Not a bad experience as some of the reviewers on this page pointed. At first I was a bit put off by the image with the hand and the snake, but then I thought I will give it a go. My nails break very easily so I warned the lady who worked on mine, she was extra careful and I had an overall great experience. My nails looked lovely! One thing I disliked was the fact that it was a bit busy and I felt a bit rushed to leave, which caused me to chip a nail on the way out. Not a complete disaster, as it happens often, but still.
