Cleveland Clinic

Absolutely appalled by the customer service and level of customer service. After purchasing a groupon and missing my appointment due to being ill i was promised from that i could contact groupon for a full refund, to which i could then pay the money directly to Cleveland clinic/Fortitude Valley office and re book my appointment for tooth whitening and the staff was more than willing to to take a credit card payment over the phone to secure my new appointment however being concerned about the payment i already made to Groupon i decided to wait for a refund from them first. I called Groupon groupon then advised that they contacted the clinic and they refused to refund my money. Went back to the clinic to then be told to go back to groupon but was assured we would sort it out and something will be arranged to at least meet me half way in re booking my appointment.
