The absolute worst customer service that we've ever experienced! We have run our own Businesses for 25 years and would Never talk to or treat customers so appallingly. We had lost our keys but without listening to us, Brian just assumed we needed a "transponder key" because of the make and model of our Van & so quoted us $1800 but he was wrong, we didn't a transponder key. He should have asked us what our key looked like. When we rung back to describe our key and make sure he'd given us the correct infomation, we heard him, bad-mouthing us over the phone to the RACQ driver and a neighbour friend who were both trying to help us get the right key and get into our vehicle. We were standing right beside these people when we heard Brian on the phone degrading us. We were stuck on Stradbroke Island without any keys to start our Van. I went to this business to support the local small business. Never again. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Wouldn't even try to help or offer any suggestions. I was told I was ' going around in circles'. They were even making comments as I was walking out of the door.
Don't worry though others were more than happy to help me out with an on the shelf item.
Stay away from this company.
I approached this business because it advertised "24 hours 7 days". The response to my phone call was "you do realise it's Sunday?" I wanted a new mechanism for my sliding security screen door. It has been working fine for 8 years but had given up. They did not replace the mechanism saying that the door was too thick for any lock mechanism. Fair enough I thought but in response to my statement that it had worked for 8 years and was exactly the same mechanism as in another door which was still working fine they said "We can go around for ages - the door is too thick". They had been in business for years but did not have any idea of where I could obtain a thinner door. The bill was $180 and no net improvement in the mechanism. Stay clear of this business!
Unfortunately we canâ??t please everyone. Itâ??s especially difficult when the customer already knows everything and refuses to listen to solutions, basically wanting to just argue about everything.
We welcome all criticism but would prefer you at least be truthful.
