Poor customer service! They were rude, gruff and made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I was so shocked at the poor customer service and overt aggression displayed, that I walked out rather than put up with that kind of service. I was really upset and disappointed. I'm sure they knows their stuff as a physio, but there is no way I would be comfortable in a room with someone who treats customers that poorly. I have since found a wonderful physio locally who always helps me to feel relaxed and welcome.
