Beautiful products, but heaven help you if you need any assistance. I bought a Pandora necklace for my closest girlfriend in Feb 2010. Weeks after, it was spiralling loose and we returned it. They returned it to Pandora and that was the last we saw of the bracelet and the $149 dollars. I spoke to the management who granted a store credit and promptly forgot about it. Facebook messages, visits to the store, emails, the lot - to both Pandora and Cleverdicks remain unanswered. It's almost a year. My next step is Consumer Affairs and/or the Media. They are very successful with three beautiful stores and can't refund/credit $149? That is POOR service, Cleverdicks and I will not back down until restoration is made.
