I was having trouble using the website to order photos. I sent an email, and Cliff rang me a few minutes later. After a brief chat, he said he would see what the problem was and get back to me, which he did fairly quickly. I was then able to access the site, and order my photos. 2 minutes later he rang to say that he had received my order, and it would be printed later this afternoon. What great service. And the photo of my grandson is just beautiful!! Well done Cliff
