WOW. Worst customer service experience I've ever encountered! We swapped our table number from one table to another, because we thought it would be easier on staff than changing our table # on all our orders. When our waitress brought out (the wrong) coffee, we practically got reprimanded for doing switching, and copped attitude from her for the rest of the experience. Zero eye contact, short, dismissive and just plain rude. Then they forgot one of our coffees, so after everything else had been brought out we politely requested for the last coffee to come, and got told it was OUR FAULT because we'd moved tables. Even though the table we'd moved from had no one occupying it at the time, so that literally made no sense. At this point we were sick of being reprimanded for 'our mistake' and just finished our (tiny for the price we paid) meals, and left. Never, ever ...read more
Sunday breakfast delight. Perfect location, stunning city view, friendly and fast service, lovely food and great coffee. Just perfect. Well worth getting up early to beat the long queues, don't complain if your up too late, it's your own fault. Will sure to be back soon.
Sunday breakfast. Long wait for a table and I think there weren't enough staff to cope with the number of tables. Good coffee and food but took a while to arrive. My partners "big breakfast" arrived without the bacon! However the meals were really good - can recommend the corn fritters with a side of bacon. Rug up warm if you are going in winter.
Great little cafe perched at the top of Kangaroo Point cliffs. The views are amazing, the coffe is good - or even enjoy a drink as they're licenced. There's an open park area if you have kids and it's pretty central to everything Brisbane. They're also available for functions at night and the City lights would be a great backdrop. Pack your sunnies and a camera.
