This place needs to learn that people's time is valuable. Charging a patient $90 just to tell her in the face (they call it a 'consultation') that a procedure cannot be done on the agreed day and time is completely unacceptable. Your front desk lady may have made a mistake while making a booking, but all you need is a phone call to let your patient know that the procedure is not going ahead so she didn't have to waste time, money, and efforts.

I was impressed by the professionalism of the women at the front desk, they were extremely polite and very personable. I had my operation last week and I must say that I was very nervous but my experience was nothing but amazing. The doctors and nurses are patient and very attentive I couldn’t thank them enough.

I have a medical condition which makes contraception very difficult and my local doctor didn't have a clue. So I travelled for more specialist advice and was very glad I did. Dr Osbourne was very knowledgable ane put me at ease and I am planning to have an IUD fitted soon. I was particularly impressed at how mush she knew about my condition and how thorough she was. Was under impression would be bulk billed. Asked for a ridiculous amount of money for a short time. Totally humiliated by dr and staff when I said I couldn't pay as on disability pension and thought bulk billed. This happened in front of other people too. They didn't care. Wanted to take my license don't know why when they had already sited it. Made to feel like a second rate citizen. Would not recommend.
