Tried there eggs benedict here,I enjoyed it but the egg and the hollandaise sauce was so overpowering I couldn't taste the pulled pork
My banana smoothie, though by colour looks liked a smoothie full of berries was better than expected, this was the best of the things I tried
My missus couldn't finish her chicken pesto gnocchi and I could taste why. The flavour was too overpowering
I do like the decor and ambience inside
The staff was friendly and the food came out at a reasonable rate
Overall it's just ok to me
A small cafe located on Glebe Point Road. A few people sitting outside as it was a lovely day with the majority seated inside. The service was delightful and ever so helpful. Water brought immediately to the table.
There were a few interesting choices and went with Prosciutto Eggs to eat and a Clipper Chocolate to drink. The poached eggs had a nice runny yolk with a delicious tomato chutney and prosciutto underneath. The pecorino cheese added a nice bite to the dish. I especially enjoyed the hot chocolate made with coconut milk. It was creamy and had a great flavour to it.
One of my favourite places in Glebe. The space is so nice and cosy. When it's not too busy, this is a great place to grab the free WiFi and get some work done. The smoothies here are incredible and a great precursor to the fresh, delicious brunch food on offer. It's a great valued menu - and highly recommend the amazing french toast.
An old Glebe favourite, especially with the locals and the uni crowd. I think few people who frequent this area would never have tried Clipper's various baked egg dishes or tasty coffees - they're an old fave for a good reason. Nab a table indoors under the bike (yes bike) or one of the benches outside to watch the Glebe pt rd life unfold around you.
