This is basically one of those no-frills cafes that look like they have been around for ages. I don’t want to be too harsh on it because they did serve me a nice pot of tea, and the service was nice as well, however, there wasn’t really anything about this place to actually make it stand out. In a way, it seems to be one of those places that have always been there, but it really hasn’t changed with the times.
I just went their and got a burger and I asked for It with no bbq sauce and I got home and the burger had bbq on it on the top bun and the bottom bun I have been their once before this and the exact thing happened.
The customer service was not good at all the young lady that served me was rude and it felt like she didn’t want to talk to me or even be at work.
This time I called them to let them know and the lady on the phone was so rude to me all she kept saying was that I was cutting out and she also was saying what do u want me to do about that.
I don’t recommend this cafe I have been to plenty of cafes on Beaumont Street and this one would be one of the worst you could get better customer service and food somewhere eles.
