Clogs

If the late management had our experienced our meals at Clogs Restaurant recently they would turn in their grave!! This experience has left us disheartened to where we would now far prefer to dine with friends and family at own venues.

I only ate here for dessert, but WOW, the lemon meringue was fantastic. It's not a dessert I'd normally choose, but this one was great. I shared it with my other half and we both loved it. It was sweet but not overly so, and amazingly they served it with a dollop of REAL cream. The size of the slice wasn't really worth what we paid for in my opinion, but I'd let it pass for how nice it was.

The place was busy and loud, so not somewhere you'd go if you want an intimate meal, but certainly interesting for some people watching. I wouldn't mind going back to try some of their pizzas and their cocktails.

Was visiting Bendigo and was brought here by the in-laws. Excellent choice!
Good service and food. Prices not too steep for the quality, but then they're not normally in my price range. "Special Occasion" prices, I call them.

Birthdays, work functions, whatever - if it's the kind of night you're OK to spend up a little on, this is a good place to do it.

If you walk past Clogs in the evening you will just want to go in, it smells amazing. The food is always fabulous and great value, it's not my favourite place to eat because I prefer Asian food but I rate it so high because everytime i go back I have a great time and my meal is always delicious. It has a great, noisy (in a good way) atmosphere where you can take kids and not feel like they will disturb anyone because it's noisy anyway. Out of town visitors that we take theres always love it too. I'd love to see it open at lunchtime too.
