Less than impressed by the fact that it has taken 9 days to take delivery on goods here in Cloncurry after they had been received in Mt. Isa. It was until I had to follow a long and convoluted line of inquiry did I establish the fact that my order had been there all the time. When I called yesterday 15th Feb. to ensure delivery by today 16th Feb I was told it would arrived between 6am & 8am. When it hadn't turned up by 7.30pm I contacted them to be told mine was supposed to be the first dropoff which was then amended to 'oh it didn't go on the first truck' for some mysterious reason. I would have driven up and collected the thing myself had I known it's whereabouts. The consignment invoice contained all my contact details and yet not one one word either by phone of email to arrange delivery etc. Very very shabby people. The sad part is that I had to pay for delivery when I purchased the items so no chance of a refund. I would definitely be thinking of alternatives ...read more
