The most horrendous service from both "customer service" and the actual finished product perspective. Lost my wedding dress. Guaranteed a time frame, every time I left work early to pick it up, they had misplaced it, hadn't been done, or had been sent away. I was told 5 different times it was ready, and it wasn't even started. Was also quoted $80, no idea HOW it cost $290 for a terrible, unfinished job NOT even close to what I asked, and couldn't wear my dress. Will literally have to sell it on eBay for a huge loss or bin it. Left for my wedding literally 2 hours after I picked it up. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.

Great, friendly service. Have already dropped off more clothes for alterations. Even happy to deal with a difficult teen who didn't want to be measured!
