Clothing Link

I have been dealing with Linda for general alterations for a few years now and she has never let me down but when she made the outfits for myself and my wedding party she really truly outdid herself. They were absolutely amazing. The quality was fantastic and the price incredibly reasonable. I will definitely be continuing to use Linda and Clothing Link for all my future alterations as well. I cannot thank her enough for the amazing work she has done for me.

I am so lucky to have found Linda at Clothing Link. Her work is exceptional and I would highly recommend her. Everything that I have had made fits me beautifully and is finished beautifully which makes me feel fabulous.

My recent experience at Clothing Link was a pleasure. As a plus size gal I've been to many dressmakers over the years and never been as happy as i am with the fit and finish Linda was able to achieve for me. The customer service was great & i felt i was being listened too. Linda went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and most importantly that the outfits were just right. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately this was the worst dressmaking experience of my life. They made all the promises in the world , and delivered on few. Three very expensive pieces of fabric were effectively wasted. On the first visit, measurements were taken, and notes made, but so much was just ignored- eg the length of the jackets were too short, so no amount of adjustments could deliver what was requested; long sleeves instead of three- quarter length ones; 3 jackets with 3 different sleeve widths, and worst of all, the hems on the jackets were MACHINE stitched. At the first visit, dates were decided upon for fittings, so on the first date, I left work early to travel 45 minutes to get there on time, only to be ( not) greeted by staff, who didn't bit to come to the counter- and just said that nothing had been done as an "overseas client had arrived with work to be done in a short time"! My daughter and I were lucky enough to use Linda for alterations to her wedding dress. Linda came highly recommended by a Formal Affair, and I can see why. The dress was a beautiful and complicated lace and beaded dress and the alterations made by Linda - including adding lacy sleeves - were absolutely perfect. So imagine our horror when the day before the wedding when we picked the dress up it didn't fit! My daughter had put weight on and the once perfect fitting dress was just too small. Linda was an absolute blessing when she postponed some morning customers to the afternoon so she could devote herself to taking the dress out as much as she could. She worked magic that morning and to our great relief the dress fitted perfectly. I cannot praise Linda highly enough and would recommend her to anyone. The care and concern she showed us came through in a beautifully fitted gown for my daughter's big day! Thanks again Linda!
