What a great service with very helpful and professional staff offering all the assistance needed. They even wash the cars of our senior members of the community at a hugely discounted price on Tuesdays, which I believe they call Pensioner Tuesday. They have been part of our community for a very long time and are great supporters of local charities and community groups. Keep up the great work Clover I will continue to use your facilities regularly.

Extremely rude lady attendant. I washed my car and she asked me to wash down the bay when I was done. I said I would if I had enough coin time left. I ran out of coins unable to finish rinsing my car so couldn't wash the bay. I offered to was the bay if she put a token in for me and she said i needed to put my money in, which I explained I didn't have. As I went to leave the sprayed my car with her hose and yelled abuse right in front of other customers. I'll never go back there.
This carwash needs a wakeup call for Customer Service - She is very rude to some people and obviously reflects on her ungrateful attitude .... The other Carwash outlets in Tamworth are very friendly .
Clover Carwash wont last long as word gets around very quickly -
35yrslocal if you were treated rudely it is obviously a reflection on your attitude towards our staff, we don't take kindly to people coming in thinking they have the right to do or say what ever they like, the staff are very professional and friendly but if they get spoken to or treated like they robots then please expect a human response as our staff are human and not robots to be treat like you do.
I agree mate. 1st visit there the machine took my coins and didn't dispense a car fresher twice. 4th visit I was asked to wash the bay down when I finished. I ran out of coins not realising I didn't have more, not being able to rinse my car properly I obviously couldn't wash the bay. I offered to do it with the hose the lady had in her hand doing other bays and she scoffed at me and told me to go. Then when I go to drive out she sprays me with her hose and yells abuse right in front of another customer. I was absolutely disgusted, I'll never go back. apaulling customer service, let alone the abuse that came with it.
