Had a bad night last time, but tonight was a little different staff were surprisingly brilliant with their smiles and good service , I admit i had a angry night at the club where the staff were angry and abrupt but thats 1 night and I have been there plenty more. Even the fish was top notch.
I brought 4 people to the club tonight for dinner everyone left happy so what does that tell you?
And manager Len is the most charming gent you will meet.

Very upsetting night.
Been a regular customer for 6 months but no longer why?
Its my birthday month, because their card machine malfunctioned i was refused my 2 for 1 birthday meal and talked to HORRIBLY by Anne the duty manager.
My 73 year old father and his wife had to pay full price for 3 meals no discount even when i politely offered to show my drivers licence to prove it was my birthday.
And they charged my credit card for 5 meals when i only ordered 3!!!
And when asked to refund the money once again they were rude in front of a full house of customers and they couldn't even organise my refund untill i got frustrated to the point i had to raise my voice.
This made me feel like trash not a customer in a restaurant.
It would have easy for them to honour my birthday meal like advertised but instead i got treated bad and disrespected.
Sorry not a good night out.
