Had my daughters party at clubkids roselands on the weekend. I can't say enough, What a great centre. I did absolutely nothing just sat back and enjoyed my guests while my daughters party was going on. The party was a hit, the kids at school couldn't stop raving on what a great time they had. I'd like to thank the staff and managers at clubkids for such a fantastic birthday experience. We will be coming back soon for my sons birthday and know to expect the same quality and professionalism.
Amazing ! We were well looked after. Had my son's party on the weekend and the staff were there on hand constantly.
Yes they are busy, but this centre is the BEST one by far.
They are the cleanest and friendliest centre. I could not ask for anything more, and I've been around to all the others. Maybe some other mums should visit the rest and then they'd realize how great this place is.
What a pity the service and attitude main staff behind the desk is consistently poor and ruins what is a great local business. Been going regularly for 12 months now and had not only my child's party here, but many friends have also done same and experienced consistent issues and lack or care and interest from staff. One friends party was double booked. No apology. Simply had to squeeze both in one after the other with partygoers missing from both groups. You would expect a small reduction in the bill perhaps, but no. They were provided two free passes to the centre (worth $20 when they spent over $600). Another recent issue was when coffees still had not arrived after 40 mins, the response from the staff was "well I had to wait an hour for a coffee on Saturday night". A staff member i spoke to on the phone told me not to come due to being "very busy". I asked are you full? staff replied we're "very busy". They also do not cater for nursing mothers with no where private to breastfeed. Will consider going to other place as a result of this.
