I stayed at this motel for 4 nights recently and although I initially thought the rooms were neat and tidy I had problems with my heater and was freezing all night long on the first night and the noise from the freeway kept me awake most of the night. The housekeeping staff fixed the heating the next morning but offered no apology for my uncomfortable night. There was never anyone at reception day or night and when someone would answer the phone they were always in a hurry to get off the phone to go elsewhere. My room was not serviced once throughout the whole stay even though I only had "do not disturb" placed on my door once (second last day). Dishes weren't washed or replaced and no washing liquid was provided to wash them myself. One particular staff was disgustingly rude to me the whole stay.
