We booked a wine tour, they gave us some advice which wineries would be best to choose from according to our preference and it was great choice! The food, the wines, the service! These guys know what they are doing. Everything was in time, no trouble at all. Will definitely book them again!
Absolutely appalling customer services and total failure to fulfil contractual obligations. Just don't book them and save yourself the pain, money and horrible experience. Worst bus company I have ever used in Perth. So awful, especially the owner's reaction to feedback. Don't run a business if you cannot respond to your customers, it's completely amateur.
I would love to respond to your comment Sophie , But can you be specific as to what was done for example was the bus late or dirty or the driver get lost as far as i remember i did not take this booking because of a missunderstanding and on my terms and conditions i cleary explain in detail which you did not read so please explain what was the problem this is unfair and uncalled for i hope the people who read this can draw their own conclusion
