We bought our first new car from here, had issues pretty much from day one, really poor service in the service center, I got told a bought a lower end model ( a swift $18, 000 in the end )so what did I expect. Also capped price service does not include labor, what a joke
We bought our Toyota Corolla Ascent from Southside in late 2011 with the discounted 6 monthly discounted services, as we needed a family car with a baby on the way. Great car, very poor servicing. Just recently had a service done, a couple of days later the RAA discovered a part hadn't been secured properly. Leaked oil all over our driveway. Greatly inconvenient, husband had to take time off work, we had no car which is not ideal with a newborn and 18 month old at home. CMI offered us a loan vehicle, but told me I needed to transfer our baby seats into it - unbelievable. We just wanted the cost of the service refunded and an apology...not a loan car that was useless to us. There isn't a minus score low enough to rate this crowd...very disappointing.
