Overwhelmingly stressful and demoralising experience with a complaint being lodged with Victorian Legal Services Board about this practice
Dealing with Caterina Kotsimbos, her husband Andreas and her brother Nicholas at CMK Legal was all in all a stressful and demoralising experience. The result of a lack of transparency, lack of clear and/or accurate information, refusal to provide receipts for charges as requested, conveyancing errors, and just plain argumentativeness. Despite my best efforts to try and deal with the three of them, it was a waste of time and effort, and at the end of the day I just felt bullied. Would not recommend.
