Highly unreliable. Organised 3 weeks ago, asked last week if still coming to paint on 4 July 2016 and he said all good to go, see you at 7.30. I spent my Sunday taking down all of the blinds, unscrewing all of the power points and switches.........comes to my house on the Monday and then says he is sick and needs a day to rest. My partner said ok all good, he left. Why come over? Not sure as he had my number. Sends me a text on the Tuesday, still sick needs another day so I said ok and he said see you Wednesday for sure. Sends me a text this morning not coming still sick, get another painter as he has another job starting next week. I said push the other job like you keep deferring me. He said, "I'm crook, tough"! Wow, so respectful and completely unreliable. Glad I now have plug sockets out and no window coverings. Thanks Chad Morris Painting.
Chad was completely unreliable and did not complete his quotes job. He requested a half payment, which I obliged, left on the Friday and never came back. I emptied my built-in cupboards for him to arrive on Monday and he never returned. This is the kind of person that gives tradies a bad name. Very disappointing.
You requested 2 quotes , 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs.Downstairs was finished as per quote , i also put an extra coat on the walls free of charge. Payment was due on completion of downstairs which did not happen and was not recieved till tuesday.I told u I was in hospital Monday.
U also decided that u wanted the upstairs done 1 room at a time which was not in my quote and would take too long and cost me too much.
