CNC is an award winning innovative residential Design + Build company directed & managed by brothers Nathan & Joel Black. We are passionate about creating unique & enjoyable spaces for clients & specialise in new home, extensive additions & alterations and residential unit developments.

Our strong focus on design & practicability, high quality craftsmanship & detailed project management allow us to provide clients with a complete and joyful experience from initial concept through to build completion.

HISTORY & TEAM

CNC was established by Nathan Black in 2011. Prior to the dawn of CNC, Nathan began his journey as a qualified carpenter. His passion for the industry and strive for providing exceptional service to clients, saw him transition from carpentry into building. Nathans determination to succeed saw the company mature quickly into the reputable construction company that exists today.

The addition of his brother Joel in 2014, with 7 years experience in high end architectural design & project administration, allowed the company to further expand into offering Design + Build services. Joel's project and contract administration experience was key in being able to provide clients with an enjoyable build experience. Joel has been able to further progress the systems involved in the management and administration aspects of each project that results in an effortless experience for all clients.
