COADS was founded in 1996 by Angelo Di Stefano. The business started as a hobby for Angelo, who was developing PC computer applications for small businesses. Within the first 5 years of operation, COADS began to partner with small to medium-sized business clients by providing tailored Accounting software solutions. Following a successful establishment of the business, COADS expanded further, resulting in the birth of the Accounting Service division, known today as COADS Partners and headed up by Simon Di Stefano.
