I called in to enquire about a receptionist position they had advertised online. The sheer rudeness, and utter disregard for my enquiry was unfathomable. This was primarily observed during initial phone contact, with regards to whether the job was filled. In their response, the staff had paused momentarily and what seemed like a drastic change in volume, I immediately noticed that the staff's initial reasonable audible voice tone turned into a deafening one. Which at the time, prompted me to presume the staff may have adjusted the volume at their end. Throughout it all, not only was I subjected to the loud and deafening voice, I was forced to put up with their cocky demeanour; especially as I proceeded to ask for details, that the job ad clearly failed to include.
