Beware! On holiday we had drinks and a snack outside, and decided to book a table for the next night. We had noticed how busy and noisy it was inside, so we specifically asked for an outside table. I figured this was written down when the staff member wrote down my name and contact phone number and the time for the booking. When we arrived, all the outside tables were full, but there were plenty of tables free inside. We were told that it hadn't been written down and we would have to sit inside. We were seated near the air-conditioner, but I was still hot, and it was so very noisy. The meals were okay, but we couldn't enjoy them. Our night was ruined. No-one seemed to care. Since then we have heard of others who have had trouble with bookings/seating. Sounds like walk-ins take preference over the booked customers who are coming anyway. Also, they had my name and phone number, but no-one rang me the next day to apologise. A very poor show indeed.
