Very disappointed in the finished result of our timber floors. The urethane is not smooth and very visible sanding lines are evident. It appears that the product used was either too thin or not enough coats applied. A dust mop will not even slide smoothly over the floor when tried today nearly 4 weeks after job finished. Expressed our dissatisfaction but have heard nothing back.
