At Coastal Law, we are motivated by a desire to protect people's rights and entitlements. We practise, almost exclusively, in civil claims and civil litigation. Aldo Burgio, the principal of the firm has 30 years experience in the law. He was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in Western Australia in 1983. He was a Partner in a prominent Perth litigation law firm for about 10 years until he relocated to Queensland in 1999. He subsequently ran a very successful litigation law firm on the Sunshine Coast for about 7 years until 2010. At Coastal Law, we believe that respect needs to be earned from our clients through the services we provide them. It is not something we take for granted.

Coastal Law operates from modern premises in Labrador. We have disabled access and on site free parking. We offer home and hospital visits, where appropriate. We provide a first free consultations for up to 30 minutes in most cases. We also operate on a No Win - No Fees basis. This means that the client is not required to pay our fees unless and until the case has been successfully finalised.
