It's not the load that breaks you down, it's how you carry it.I provide a safe, non-judgemental and welcoming environment in which to explore the issues that are troubling you. As an experienced practitioner, I have worked with a wide range of issues that include addiction, stress, anxiety, depression, lack of meaning, loss, bereavement, abuse, childhood sexual abuse, relationship issues, sexual issues, bullying, low self-esteem, low self-confidence, and work related issues. I offer face to face counselling and psychotherapy, as well as Skype and telephone sessions specifically for women.
